“We took several friends out for dinner and fun on the town for Valentine's weekend, our driver Richard was amazing, very professional, clear with suggestions, and that night was slick on sidewalks due to snow and ice, Richard stepped up to offer everyone and confident and steady hand as we got in and out of the Limo, the lady's really appreciated that. Our driver offered the group a bit of humor without overstepping the lines comfort. We had an awesome night and didn't have to worry about anything, which is a huge relief. “Chrissy is what customer service looks like! I bought a sweater for $20 at another location, wore it once, and discovered that the sweater ripped. I tried returning the sweater to the same location but they told me since I wore it, I could not return it. I explained that I had my receipt and at least they could give me an in store credit. The worker said no. I wanted to talk to a manager but there was none available I was told. I ask for a phone call back. Additionally, I called the other location, explained to Chrissy what happened, and she actually apologized for the other store's behavior and accepted my return back. I actually just exchanged it for something else of the same value. It's not right for someone to purchase something and the product defaults yet the customer is supposed to take the loss! NOT COOL! At least Chrissy didn't see it that way and the store can stand to have her train the workers at the other location. I was so appreciative of the way she handled things that I will shop at that location from now on ONLY. Thank you Chrissy and may GOD BLESS YOU!”

“Each time I go into the Jefferson Mall store I am treated so well!! They are very helpful in suggestions and very personalized. Jessie Riley, one of the managers there, in the store has phenomenal customer service skills and and care for her customers!!! I just cannot say enough about her. She definitely deserves the recognition because she goes above and beyond to take care of all her customers and really makes sure I’m fully satisfied. Good customer service now a days is not that common but when I experience it I rave about they deserve it here!!”

“Had dinner here earlier tonight, and it was great. Not just the food was perfect, but the service was to. I had a waitress named Destiny, and she was one of the best waitress I have ever had anywhere. She came to the table about 30 seconds after we were sat, she got our drink orders and croissants (So Delicious) out to us very quickly and allowed just enough time to pass for us to figure out what we wanted to eat. I got the 8oz. steak and ribs, and my nephew got just the 6oz. steak with two side of potatoes. We both ordered our steak medium rare, and that is exactly how they came out. So props to the cook, usually when I even go to a steak house, even upper class they always cook it to medium. I even spoke the general manager who was a super nice lady. Also, the restaurant was doing a good job with following the CDC guide lines. Everyone was masked up and seated the correct distance apart. I will definitely be going back to this location.”

I ordered a bunch of Nachos, Quesadillas, a Prime Rib Sandwich, French Fries and Bread Sticks online and my order was ready to pick up in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be ordering from them again very soon! (Although, Y'all do need a new Greeter... He gawked at me and it was like he didn't understand anything I said. He was quite rude in my opinion. I won't hold that all against you though because I know how hard it is to find good help nowadays.)”
