We've had many cars parked in the handicap parking spaces at the Farm at Taylor Mill, that do NOT have handicap stickers or handicap license plates. It's frustrating for those of us who do have them, and cannot get a handicap parking space!”

“Her is another diamond in the rough. The place may not look super fancy, but the service and hospitality were great. My daughter purchased her first car from here and they were extremely patient and understanding, about the length of time it took her to get through to our credit union, which is in Georgia, to get the proper loan papers completed. They were exceptional in their service and I would definately reccomend purchasing a vehicle through them.”

“The folks at Urb’s were able to schedule me for next day service and the work was finished at the anticipated time. Honda specifies a full synthetic oil and only Honda transmission fluid for my vehicle. I was glad to learn that Urb’s was already aware of this and that’s what they used. The work done on my vehicle falls into the category of preventive maintenance and I saved a good deal of $ at Urb’s vs.going to a dealer which I had always done previously. This was my first time going to Urb’s and I plan to return for service/repairs in the future.”

“Well its the typical taco bell / KFC in one. Decent selection of fast food. Staff were courteous but the service was slow...at least the chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. When I went to pay (by debit) the screen now comes up with a tip option!!! Say WHAT!!! I did not get waited on...just took my order at the counter and the company now wants you to tip the staff...for what??? I gave them a 4 star rating for overall experience !!”
