“I won’t lie and say there were no issues, appliances are suffering supply chain issues so the delays were large, not Hagedorn’s fault. I ordered over the phone because I knew what model I wanted. I forgot to verify the model number properly and what I heard as a D was in fact an E so the first delivery was the wrong oven. They were great, took it back, gave us a loaner oven and ordered the correct one. The installation team was great too. I really can’t complain, I’m not naive enough to expect no issues ever with things I order so, to me, it’s the response I get and everyone was fantastic in their response. When it’s time for a full suite of appliances, I will head to Hagedorn. Thank you!”

“I took my cat Marley here today for an overall wellness checkup and for an ingrown dewclaw. My experience was perfect from start to finish! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They were incredibly sweet and gentle with Marley, petting and talking to him the whole time, especially when clipping out the ingrown claw (he barely flinched), which is the part I was dreading!
