“My reservation unfolded in three phases. All three phases were quick, efficient, and done with kindness. I called the new customer number and talked to a woman who was kind and directed me to call Heather. Heather greeted me and set me up with the desired unit. I told her I would come in the next day to get things squared away. Heather was sweet and professional and told me that Ramon would be there when I arrived to Extra Space to take care of me. On The move-in day, Ramon was patient and informative. He took the time to show me the unit and to answer all of my questions. Another customer came in as we were finalizing everything. Ramon acknowledged the new customer and finished up the process with me. The awareness, politeness, and overall customer service demonstrated by the employees was awesome. The property was clean and one can tell that it is managed properly. To anyone who has storage needs, you must check out Extra Space storage first and see what you think. “Excellent service unless you are just there to pick up or drop off, while someone else is buying diamonds. You can wait a very long time for assistance, in this situation. I don't like the priority placed on customers who are spending the most money. I would rather shop online than go into the store for items that the employees aren't expecting a large commission on. I've been left standing, while sales person spotted a potentially large diamond sale they didn't want to miss out on. Understandable that they'd want to get that sale but still very rude.”
