“I find this school to be excellent in all areas from staff to students, and even to cleanliness. Everyone seems happy with smiles on their faces and the children are so polite, holding doors and actually speaking to me, asking if they can be of assistance. The principal is bilingual which is helpful at times. She is also practical down to earth and loving. You can tell she loves the students, her staff, and her job! St. Aloysius is a perfect size not too big and not too small. Kids leave well prepared for high school and beyond.”

“Lauren is a great trainer! I found a friend to be brave with me and take a duet Pilates class just to see what it was like. Lauren was our instructor. She is attentive, patient, and easy to understand. I'm 52 years old and before Pilates, I was beginning to think I was stuck with a body that felt like I was in my 70's (no offense to fit 70 year olds!). My chiropractor would work up a sweat just trying to get my back to move, which only happened once! I needed help to sit up on the roller table after therapy. And my calves were so tight that when I tried to stretch them, I could literally feel where my tendon connected at my ankle, and no amount of stretching worked. I started Pilates at this studio the last week of September, just going once a week. Then at the beginning of November, I bumped it up to 2 days a week. After just 11 Pilates classes, I went back to the chiropractor because I felt like he might be able to get my back to move. (Honestly, doing the Hundred is like a chiropractic visit at every single Pilates class!) Not only was he able to get it to move, but it was easy to do! He was so happy, he actually high-fived me! When it was time to sit up on the roller table, they automatically held out their hand to help me up me and I said, "let me try by myself"... and I rolled right up! As far as my calves are concerned, I can now touch my toes if that tells you anything! I went into Pilates not knowing anything about it. It is the first exercise that I actually love doing! Lauren makes it comfortable for me to learn, without any pressure or judgement, and her consistency is a welcome break from life's chaos. In fact throughout the day now, I can hear her in my head saying, "shoulders down", and I drop my shoulders and relax. Pilates Fit Studio is a great place to learn and practice Pilates! I feel better when I leave than I did when I got there! UPDATE: This month is my one-year anniversary of committing to Pilates!”
