When the mechanic saw my spare he got a little angry because the lugnuts were on backwards. He asked if the tow service had changed my tire. When I told him that I had, his demeanor changed and he used the opportunity to show me what I had done wrong and explained why it was very dangerous. I think that's a sign of a mechanic who cares.”

“This place has the most amazing fragrances, items and gifts. I highly recommend them over even bath and body. You have to try the body souffle that the owner makes--it is amazing. It saturates your skin, keeping it well moisturized throughout the day. Plus the scent is strong enough to linger for a while, but not too strong. Her products are amazing! I just wish she would make a bubble bath or a liquid bath soap product!”

A couple days later, I received a check for a replacement shirt. Accidents happen in business, they handled it and we can move on, no drama at all- the way it should be.”
