“My sister was here for over six months recovering from a broken ankle. She is mostly nonverbal, so a somewhat challenging patient. The Northpoint nursing, medical, therapy, dietary and housekeeping staff all treated her with compassion, patience and care. They quickly earned her trust, and she responded well enough to therapy to be able to return to a community residential setting. They were also supportive of me. When I first toured NP, I was really impressed with the way the staff interacted with each other. I could tell then that they operated as a team. My mother spent her last months at a much fancier facility with private rooms, but the care was nowhere near as skilled and caring as what my sister received at Northpoint.
