The maintenance guy Andrew Bostle is really cool and always fixed things quickly. Compared to other apartments we have lived in, I don't think we've had a maintenance guy come so quickly and be so nice. The pool is also really nice during the summer and the landscape is really pretty and well taken care of.”

“Pickway Manor has been a great first apartment for my fiance and I. When we first moved in the landlady (Diana) was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone has been super nice to us. The neighbors have been quiet and the only maintenance issue we experienced was a slow tub drain (which we easily fixed with a drain snake). Unfortunately they are renovating soon so we will be moving out, but from my experience so far (lived here about 4 months: January - May) it's a great place to live!”

“If it weren't for the new management company taking over the previous "The Mark" apartments, I would be leaving a 1 star review and going on about how terrible this place is, like everyone else on these reviews. However, The Mark was bought out and is now called Alister Lake Lynn and the new management company is amazing. Truly if I had not already signed a lease at a new location, I would have renewed and continued in living in my current apartment. I have full faith that their maintenance team could have quickly and efficiently addressed all my issues in my place. Marquis is probably the best maintenance manager I have ever worked with in my life. He truly knows his stuff and it shows that he actually cares about what he is doing. His team is also a delight to work with. I cannot remember all the names of those who work at the office, but everyone that works for this company thus far has really impressed me. Despite the poor previous reviews, I would 10/10 recommend Alister Lake Lynn. I feel confident that their team will turn this complex around. Thank you Mill Creek Management! Keep crushing it.”

“I just moved out of an apartment I rented from Hager for over 10 years. It was a very reasonably priced unit and I have to say, I really enjoyed the cheaper rent in comparison to other companies renting similar units. Now granted, do not be expecting a new, updated, or luxury apartment. It was a basic, standard apartment with no amenities. I was quite comfortable with the fact that I had a reasonably priced apartment with the basics, and Hager even provided my washer and dryer. Over the course of 10 years, I had to have them come out and replace basically every fixture/appliance in the apartment. They did so promptly and reliably. My only complaint (hence the 4 star review instead of 5 stars) was that I did request new carpet in the unit, as the carpet was old, dirty and stained when I moved in. They declined my request, which I was disappointed in. There was also a window in one bedroom which was rotten and it never got replaced either. But overall, I feel I got a good deal on a basic apartment and did not have any major trouble over my 10 year stay there. My deposit was nearly fully refunded upon move out.”

“One the best montessori in colleyville. My 6 yr old graduated from this Montessori. He had so much fun there he miss his teachers and friends. I am proud parent that my son got tested and got 2 grade level in maths and reading all because of his teacher Fehmina Merchant . She is such an amazing teacher . Work on kids and put her100% on all kids . The Admin and director of schools is very caring and nice and kind towards all parents and their staff.”

“Wish I could give more stars. Like 11 stars. Out of 5. She saved me so much money and now more than ever is the time to use a realtor like this. It is a sellers market right now so it sold quickly and not having to pay a normal realtor commission was so financially beneficial for me as the seller that it should be illegal! Unfortunately, a family member passed away suddenly, and left my family a house that was over 3 hours from our home. After we contacted friends that live in the area, we decided Patti Morgan was the best option, and oh boy, were we right about that decision!!! She posted our house on a bunch of websites and apps, which in 2021 is how pretty much everyone looks at and finds houses. And sure enough, it sold very quickly to a couple that saw it online. Why overpay for another realtor to basically do the same thing Patti will do for significantly cheaper??? During a time when houses are selling quicker, it would be dumb not to go with Patti and then you can keep more of your money in your pocket when it sells. So thankful for finding her before we hired someone else!”
