“I came from New Mexico in March 12th, to be exact , My husband is from here in Kentucky . First praise is about the landscape, the acres, and acres of " trees." We had several issues settling in here at the LA MHP, but the crew here came to the rescue to the best of their ability every time . We are full-time RV living. Our setup is a bit different from mobile homes. And our lease remains month to month here . Because RVs tend to do short stays . There are zero amenities here for RV living. No laundry, no showers, and not all utilities are included in our space rent . Here, we are expected to keep up the lawn care religiously. So we had extra in acquiring equipment we have no storage for . A storage shed will be forth coming for this when we can afford it. The other residents either never read the rules here about loud music and leash for loose dogs. A few domestic disturbances .... and rude neighbors happen. No one have I yet to see picking up after their dogs... it becomes a problem when mowing the lawn! And who can you complain to? I opted to throw down moth balls it helped in New Mexico.... but here the rain made the effort mute. Every area has its pros and cons . We all got to live somewhere . We are blessed to be here all the same . Kentucky is beautiful. Ty”

“Thanks to the wonderful ladies at River Oaks Mobile Home, I am now a home owner. This is my first home I own, and the experience was wonderful and super easy. The options they have for buying a home, the process for this, the homes they offer, are all out of this world. The mobile home park I’m in is very clean and quiet! The park is Big and plenty of driving room. I was very lucky to get a home right next to some goats right outside my window. Thank you so much ladies! I will recommend you to everyone. “Haven't been to the campground since March of 2021. Wow, has things changed. They have really cleaned the place up. Bathrooms are newly remodeled and very clean. They have RV tiny home park models that are cute as can be. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The manager greeted me as if she had known me for years. Gave me more information on the tiny homes they are selling and took me on a tour of the campground. My family and I really enjoyed coming here and highly recommend to anyone.”

“A well maintained quiet campground. The process follows - drive straight in, staying to the right, and go by the bath house to fill your fresh water tank with potable water. Find your numbered site and plug in to power your trailer's water pump and lights. Enjoy. The sites going off to the right of the bath house are grassy and excellent for tent camping. The other sites are smoothed rock sites. 177 sites total - with 2 showers, 2 toilets, & 2 sinks for ladies, and 2 showers, 1 toilet, 1 urinal, & 2 sinks for men. There is also a dump station for the RV's. The only thing that was a nuisance was the train horns at different times through the night - which is something that the campground has no control over. Texts to the contact number were answered promptly. No on-site office and access is unrestricted.”

“Extremely well taken care of! We walked in to the bathrooms and my children all commented on how clean it was! Private bathrooms, air conditioned, laundry facilities, 2 dog parks, bounce houses and playground for kids. The pool is very clean, as is the whole campground. Back in to a pond site, basketball court, or the bounce house sites for a beautiful morning sunrise. The staff were all extremely helpful and the little store saved us from having to drive somewhere for broken camper supplies. We really enjoyed staying at this campground while in town visiting The Ark Encounter! Thank you for a well kept location!”

“Very nice and clean place to stay. Bathhouses are always clean, and pool is clean. Best ice cream to eat (to buy) in the store. Live music was a nice surprise. Kids enjoyed the play ground and putt putt, but the course needs a little updating. Great idea to bring the kids bikes and hoverboards. Great place to stay. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly. Looking forward to many more trips here”

“Nicely kept and really quiet RV park. Stayed here while visiting family in Radcliff. Super close to Etown, Radcliff, Ft Knox area. Catch and release pond was super cool. Has a nice little pavilion with a lot of seating and a small playground right next to it. Our site was gravel and mostly level. Will definitely stay again.”

“Great little park. Has its draw backs. Quiet 90% of the time. Really noisy on any Holiday...fireworks galore! :( Pet friendly( no fences or tying out your dogs)...leash law..animal control will pick up unleashed dogs. Playyard/ Park maintained...great for younger kids. Big field that older kids play soccer ⚽️ in.”
