“Dr. Taylor and Dr. Shawn are great! I called about a lump I had found on my border collie who just turned 9 this year. It is about the size of a golf ball. I called and was able to get in right away. (Yes that's rare, but they have so many clients and usually have a pretty long wait list. That just tells me how trusted they are by the community.) When we arrived and were seen, we saw Dr. Taylor, he examined my best friend and was quickly able to determine the lump as a fatty tumor. He explained that it's nothing to worry about, yet, to monitor it and not to let it get so big that it hurts her range of motion. I love that they take the time to explain the situation with no BS. As a passionate pet owner I love knowing exactly what is going on, good or bad, and how to move forward. If you have pets in this area this is the place to go! Thanks Dr. T and Staff!”

He took such good care of my rabbi, Dobie and treated her like her own. He was compassionate and empathetic. he helped me make the best choice for her care. “We've definitely found the vet for us! We have two cats and will soon be getting a dog as well. Our last vet refused to look at one of our cats unless he was sedated because they said he was too aggressive. Dr. Lee and Tess were great with him! They were efficient but also took the time to try to comfort our cat and help him feel as relaxed as possible while they examined him. Their prices are reasonable too.”

“I switched to Banks Veterinary Clinic after my son and his wife (with two dogs and three cats) constantly raved about their practice. For more than a year they provided loving and compassionate care for my beloved senior dog, Isabel right to the end. I recently rescued a large doodle mix and they got her right in and even though she was in terrible shape and smelled to high heavens they made sure she was in good shape and gave her wonderful care!
