“They were very busy the Sunday we stopped in while passing through town. But they were quick to take our order and were very accommodating in allowing us to wait while it was prepared. They had self serve drinks so we were able to sit and refresh while watching a little TV. It was definitely worth the wait! I had a bacon cheeseburger that was cooked to Perfection and well-dressed, my son had one of the best shrimp Po boys that he has ever had. I got fries that were lightly but perfectly seasoned and he got handmade onion rings that were fried in a crispy batter and absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful and checked on us throughout. There was plenty of parking and the location was convenient. I only regret that I don't live close by to try more items on the menu. I'm willing to bet their chicken is fabulous. This was a very special lunch for me, the last one shared with my son before he get deployed to the Middle East in the Army. Thanks to the staff for making this a great experience. Highly recommended!”

“There were two of us, one had the crawfish. Poor boy, plenty of crisp. Juicy crawfish. Sounds like a contradiction but it's not! I had half roast beef Poor boy, and seafood gumbo. “Absolutely love this Snowball stand. It definitely stands out from all of the rest. It's very unique with it's cajun names of snowballs, flavors &, toppings. The ladies are very friendly.They have a unique covered sitting area where there's a nice play area for children. They also have free Bibles sitting out if, anyone decides they want one. I would definitely recommend stopping here for a Snowball.”

I stopped in for lunch today like I normally do when working in the area, got the rib plate, red beans, fries and a cookie with a sweet tea and a protein drink from the fridge. “My elderly mother needed help. I called the police for a wellness check and Kristy answered then repeatedly called my mom and me to figure out the best route of action. She helped me calm down so that I could think straight. My mom is on a fixed income so she wouldn't let me call an ambulance to help her but after talking to the authorities(Kristy) she realized she needed an ambulance and allowed them to help her when I couldn't. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the Central Police dept. for their help and diligence. My mom is my best friend and knowing I have them on my team to help keep her safe and healthy is a blessing!”
