“We checked in on 2/17/23 staff was very nice. We had a little issue and had to change rooms. The manager was very helpful with our issue and made things right upon our stay. “I used this company, after interviewing nearly a dozen over the past year. I was pleased with the pricing. Not the cheapest estimate, however, thousands of dollars less than Long Roofing for example, which has always come in very high in their pricing for every project that we have contacted them about, i.e. fencing, they were twice the amount of the nearly cheapest company. After a cash deposit of one-half, the scheduling followed. All appointments were made on time. Unfortunately, the crew that installed the roof, was not the best or far from the best. The representative flew up from Florida and found that the roofing was subpar! He ordered a new roof be installed. Within a week, there was a tear-off and another new roof installed. I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY! It is a rare thing to see. We have been here in this home for 19 years and have had the occasional screw-up from contractors. However, there was "no fight to get it right"! Thanks, Mr. Smedley you are a class act! as is Buildpro!”

“The stay at this hotel started pretty good and we were assisted quickly by the front desk. When we were in our room, we tried to call front desk for another towel and set of bedsheets, but it took two phone calls to get an answer. Housekeeping was very quick to bring the materials to us though! When it came to breakfast though, it came out 30 minutes later at 7:30AM opposed to 7:00AM. Recommend staying here if you're on a budget.”

“Great park! Good community. Neighbors watch out for each other from my experience. Owner has worked hard to keep the place up. He is very responsive to service request or issues that may arise. Air filters are changed once a month. Green areas are well maintained, no loose trash laying around, gravel parking spots and driveway are graded regularly. You'd be hard pressed to find a pothole! Great place for kids too. People do not speed through here and are respectful with music volume during the evening. If you work alot or travel a ton for whatever reason you could not find a better place to call home base. Some tenants have been here for 5 years plus people generally stay here for awhile. Moving out trucks are a rare sight. I personally value the calm peaceful atmosphere of the park, being centrally located to a variety of groccey shopping, pharmacies, doctors, gyms, dentist, eye doctors, mechanic shops, while being close by they are out of sight, while also the ability to access I-12 and get to any major retail outlets at juban in less than 15 mins or the Mall of Lousiana in 30 mins is nice. The perks are numerous to say the least. If you get an opportunity to rent here. Take it! You won't be disappointed! Credit checks are done for renters and background checks are done on all tenants.”

“Went fishing today with this charter. The group of guys were awesome. Our captain was Ken and he made sure we caught the fish. He took us to many different locations to fish and not just sitting in a spots which were not very active. He is very patient especially if you get the hook stuck on rocks, tall grass or even a post!! He has passion for what he does and it shows in his character! He also recommended taking some of our fish to a restaurant down the road called Voleo's For a reasonable price they cooked the fish up to 3 different ways for you. Blackened was amazing!! They built this Tiny House on their property and a share of the profits go to orphans in the Ukraine! So much detail and beauty in the Tiny House! The views are amazing, fresh farm eggs from the chickens on the property are available and there are lamas! We had a great time and definitely would recommend anyone to stay here!”

“Our family of seven spent five nights. Every member of the staff any of us met or came across was friendly, chatty, and was extremely helpful! They’re currently doing renovations to rooms but we never heard any noise during our stay. The rooms were nice and neat, we were offered laundry services, we had mini fridges and microwaves in each of our rooms. We had so many wonderful places to eat within five minutes of us. We were ten minutes away from a ferry ride to Port Aransas. The prices for multiple rooms was excellent. We will definitely stay again and recommend you stay, too!”
