“Lunch buffet is incredible! This place has perhaps the best buffet line in Baton Rouge! Do not hesitate to go here if you want a good variety of fresh, delicious food! You will be utterly full by the time you leave but you can't help yourself except to make multiple trips to the buffet line! On the other hand, Dinner... that's a slightly different story. It's very Twilight Zone here after dusk and unfortunately there is no buffet after dusk. Not sure if that is due to the pandemic or not. The food is still incredible though but you would need to order from the menu. You can eat in our take food to-go.”

Our waiter Eric was amazingly attentive, friendly and a familiar face from the area. The cuts of steak were phenomenal and cooked to perfection. The broiled lobster was divine and The Oyster Fitzgerald app was to die for! Yes, yes, yes, Austin's, please and thank you. I plan to slowly work my way through every cut of steak over the next few months. Perfect intimate relaxing and warm ambiance. I can't wait to return for another great dining experience!”

The two woman working The night of Feb 25 2021 for management was above and beyond with their customer service. I had been out all day I am pregnant and my husband drove up at 10. They still took my order and served fresh food. If all fast food was to sever their customers like these two woman. The world would be a better place. I live 30 minutes away and will come all the way to Hooper in Central when I want a burger. Also if y’all could give the option to tip these girls on credit card. I did not have cash and they Deserved a tip. Thank you for excellent customer service.”

“I would have given a 5 star review for this place if it weren't for the overcooked chicken sandwich that my friend got. The wait was longer than usual but we understood because they were super busy. Normally my friend would have politely sent it back but we were so hungry by the time the food arrived, he decided to go ahead and eat it. It was clearly overcooked and the cook should have never sent that out but the waiter should also inspect the orders before bringing them out. All that being said, they were very apologetic and gave my friend a dessert on the house (which was excellent as was the rest of the food). Bottom line, I would still highly recommend this place. The food is great and the service is too.”
