“I love these gals! I ordered a cake for my mom's 60th birthday by phone. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I called and spoke to the staff and they walked me through designing a cake. They made THE most beautiful cake for us and mother was floored. We ordered strawberry vanilla and it was amazing. “I got some curb rash on one of my wheels. Took it in to be repaired and got a quote of about $200. Had to pay half at the time of dropoff and was told it would take up to 3-5 days but it could be done sooner and that someone would call once the repair was complete. After a week, I call several times and no one answers the phone. I decided to just go to the location to figure out what the status was. After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes someone comes out and asks if I could be helped. I told him what I was looking for and he proceeds to try to locate the wheel. After about 20 minutes he finds it and loads it into the car for me. Wheel looked good. It wasn't until I got home and had it next to the others that I realized the shade was slightly lighter. Hopefully, it won't be noticeable when I mount it. They could definitely have better customer service and follow up.”
