I did not get the roof install right away. I interviewed three other companies in the next few months. Although pricing was similar, we just didn't get the professionalism and assurance with the other companies. Jesse and Samantha kept in touch and eventually I met Ralph. Ralph was extremely personable (and he rides motorcycles!). He became my company rep and provided me full service for my roof install. The replacement was flawless... the materials were delivered as promised; the installation team arrived earlier than expected the next day; the job was completed without a hitch; and my yard was cleaned to perfection afterwards.
