“We were told by Chrysler to take our Durango here after Tate Chrysler in Frederick failed to fix a recall properly and then ignored us when we voiced our concerns. (we were having brake issues). We are so happy we came to Criswell Chrysler of Thurmont. They went above and beyond to see that we left happy and our vehicle was safe. They even fixed a part for us that was not covered by the recall, and offered us a courtesy vehicle free of charge while our vehicle was being repaired. We worked with James who was knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to get in contact with. I will NEVER again go the the dealership in Frederick since they have no regard for safety. I will ALWAYS return to the Thurmont location in the future even if it is a little out of the way for me, because I feel they are much more trustworthy and care about their customers. I would give this location 10 stars if possible!!!”

“Came here late on a Friday night, and let me tell you, my visit was a spiritual experience. As soon as I entered the doors of the (recently remodeled) restaurant, I was greeted by the notes of “better together” by jack Johnson. This set the mood for my short but sweet stay. Thankfully I avoided human interaction as I ordered from the big touchscreens in the front, except my “thank you” to the friendly worker who brought my food, which was excellent. Incredible experience. Highly recommend.”
