“I called the the drain guys and Parker came over for a clogged drain. He quickly found a problem with my main sewer line. He discussed a couple solutions and then we found one that was best fit for me. We decided to replace the main sewer line and they did a wonderful job. The job went very smooth. He answered all my questions and concerns. They left everything clean and how they found it. I would highly recommend Parker and the drain guys!!”

“Wayne and his small crew rebuilt our pumped septic system after a major pipe failure underground. This happened on the Friday before Memorial Day and he and his crew gave up their whole Memorial Day three-day weekend to get us going again. This was a major job, and in leaving they did some bonus landscaping by tidying and strawing the garden that had to be dug up - leaving it much better looking that it was before they arrived! Great and complicated work done professionally and with a lot of dedication - and they charged us exactly their initial estimate. I hope nothing expensive like this happens again for a while, but if it does, H2O will be our first call.”

It's an old unit, and I was worried that anyone coming to look at it would just try to convince me to replace it rather than repair it. Nelson arrived on time, was very courteous and respectful, and more importantly, was methodical and skillful in diagnosing an electrical issue. He got it running again, but unfortunately, overnight it once again stopped working. When I called back, the guy was incredibly apologetic, and Nelson came back that afternoon (for the record, I think he did a thorough job the first day and don't blame him for the second issue at all!). I once again admired his process of finding the problem and he did a great job explaining to me his thought process as he was working through it. That second visit did the trick and my super old AC system is working great. This experience guaranteed that my first call will be to Pipeworks for any HVAC/plumbing issues in the future-I highly recommend!”
