“The best customer service I have encountered in quite some time. Called a bunch of stores looking for a red IPhone 8 - the other stores were a joke(just about everyone in DC area) I was told they either didn’t carry the phone or didn’t bother to check inventory. My guy Terrance was not only courteous over the phone , he took the time to check his inventory and offer to order it for me since he didn’t have it in stock. Make a long story short - I went in the store and witnessed the best customer service in quite some time. Everyone I like will be referred over to these guys ???????????????? Btw this is the first time ever wrote a review and it happens to be Friday night ????”
