“I’m a company driver, I checked in at shipping gate; which is a couple of driveways down from receiving, so I dropped my loaded trailer at shipping; not at receiving. Once I drop it on the yard, I drive back up to the guard and get my signed paperwork. I then parked outside on the street and waited for yard jockey to drop an empty on the street, hook and go. Nice folks working the shacks”

“Well, first off I have to say this was one of the best moves I’ve had in years! The whole process went smoothly and made the stressful time of moving between homes a lot easier on us. After getting booked their office had done a survey with us to make sure they came prepared on the day of the move, and man, were they! The packers they had sent were just wonderful, clearly people who have been at this for awhile and take pride in their hard work. the packing took a few days (we have a lot of stuff), but it went smooth overall. We had an issue with our original planned delivery date but the people at the office did their best to get a date we could work with, and the delivery went on without issue. Our son is moving soon we have already recommended these guys to him. I don’t usually take the time to write out reviews, but I take pride in my work, and I’m always in admiration when I see other people that have a similar work ethic and respect for us as their customers, which in turn leads me to respect them the same way.”

The lady from their Office walked across the street with her Umbrella and knocked on my door to let me know the TV was outside. She did not want it to get wet. If you want a coach that matches every single thing you asked for and in your budget, ASK FOR JEREMY!!We went to so many different RV places before we came here and nobody ever took us serious, or helped us that much. When we came here Jeremy treated us amazing right from the start, he took us very serious, he answered every single question we had, he was very knowledgeable, he even stayed way past closing time one day just to help us find our perfect coach and explain everything to us. I told him what I wanted (light colors, modern, big, and in my budget) and he found me the most perfect coach. He has given us so much of his time and so much help, this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We got to stay on the lot for a few days in our new RV and I’m absolutely in love with this coach. It’s so beautiful and modern, it’s everything I wanted. Every time I had a question or concern, he resolved it right away, I’m beyond excited and very pleased with everything!! Would definitely recommend 10/10!”
