“I’m a company driver, I checked in at shipping gate; which is a couple of driveways down from receiving, so I dropped my loaded trailer at shipping; not at receiving. Once I drop it on the yard, I drive back up to the guard and get my signed paperwork. I then parked outside on the street and waited for yard jockey to drop an empty on the street, hook and go. Nice folks working the shacks”

“Well, first off I have to say this was one of the best moves I’ve had in years! The whole process went smoothly and made the stressful time of moving between homes a lot easier on us. After getting booked their office had done a survey with us to make sure they came prepared on the day of the move, and man, were they! The packers they had sent were just wonderful, clearly people who have been at this for awhile and take pride in their hard work. the packing took a few days (we have a lot of stuff), but it went smooth overall. We had an issue with our original planned delivery date but the people at the office did their best to get a date we could work with, and the delivery went on without issue. Our son is moving soon we have already recommended these guys to him. I don’t usually take the time to write out reviews, but I take pride in my work, and I’m always in admiration when I see other people that have a similar work ethic and respect for us as their customers, which in turn leads me to respect them the same way.”

“I was looking for a storage unit and was impressed by ALL the positive reviews Terri received, figuring with such outstanding customer service reviews, then the facility would be just as outstanding. Well needless to say, Terri sold me! Her level of care and compassion for her work is beyond reproach. In fact, while she gave me a tour of the site, she stopped and excused herself to pick up debris, WOW! She’s is very knowledgeable and provided me with the information needed to make an informed decision. Terri was thorough, providing an overview of the information twice to ensure I understood. Okay, here is where things went from outstanding to poor customer service - Elijah! I went to the facility on Saturday at 5:00, completely forgetting the information that Terri provided verbal and written - My Bad 😀. Well the office was open, I entered and here is where I encountered Elijah. He wasn’t necessarily rude, but he was very short and dismissive, which is unprofessional. He’s level of service is polar opposite of Terri’s, but I shouldn’t be surprised, based on the number of reviews he has received. In short, if Terri leaves, then so does my business, I’m certain I’m not the only customer who shares this sentiment. I don’t want to imagine having to Elijah.”

“Went here for brunch today with my mom to celebrate my birthday and the food and service were so amazing. A few ladies were giving the hostess a hard time about the wait as we were about to be seated and she handled herself and the situation very well given that the two women were being incredibly rude. Our server was a very friendly gentleman who gave us complimentary beignets since it was our first time visiting. With a full restaurant he came to our table many times, our food and drinks were incredibly quick, and he was there with refills before we even asked. Seriously, the best cinnamon rolls, potatoes, and bacon! And the lemon blueberry mimosa was to die for. So dang good!! Will definitely be back!”
