They are punctual and most importantly they know all the tricks to getting your space clean. You dont need to touch up because they take cleaning seriously. Other facilities includes the soap vending machine, bill changer, snack vending machine, ATM and free WiFi. How cool is that? I felt so comfortable doing my laundry at this location. “I was moving out of my place and needed my carpet cleaned. I reached out to Brandon, the owner of Blue Diamond, he was able to accommodate my last minute appointment request and he did it without hesitation. Brandon was on time and friendly, and he not only took Covid precautions but he wore shoe coverings while cleaning the carpet. I had my carpet cleaned back in January by a different company and not only did they not have the shoe coverings, they went straight into the cleaning. Brandon explained he was going to vacuum first, then clean, he said that if you go straight to steam cleaning the carpet that any dust or dirt that's there just gets swirled around deeper into the carpet. While he was more thorough, the process only took about an hour to clean my studio. I'd recommend Blue Diamond to anyone needing their carpet cleaned. They're friendly, efficient, and do great work! I'll be a repeat customer when the time comes for it.”

“I used this business' wash & fold service for the first time back in 2003. We were 100% satisfied. I remembered them in Oct 2019 and vowed never to wash bed and/or bath linen ever again. I will most likely take my clothes this month along with linens. The only draw back will be ironing or steaming clothes. When I do my own laundry I generally take tops, blouses & slacks out of the dryer minutes before they are fully dry and hang them up to complete drying. No wrinkles and no ironing. I'll spend just a few dollars more, but gain at least 1.5 hours of sitting in the laundromat. It's a WIN/WIN for me!”
