“Grate little place to start your life. The neighbors help when they can . Friendly staff is full of knowledge. Grate centralized location to shopping and work. Better than an apartment because I can do all the outdoor activities like cookouts and wash my car. In the end it's a better investment if your not ready for a brick and mortar. Yeah, the shine has worn off. Its still cheaper than an apartment. We will keep saving money and will me moving ASAP.”

“Exceeds expectation! This place was so great to call home for 3 months. Every amenity you can think of. Clean and accommodating. Staff is amazing to work with. Even went direct to my site and let my dog out when dog walker didn’t show up. Pool and splash park very clean. Sauna and hot tub as well. Cafe on site was clean and delicious. On site mechanics are certified and unbelievably fast to help with any concern. Just a hop on the bus in the park to metro to DC or a short drive. Just down the road both ways are grocery stores, hardware stores and just about anything else you could need. Love this place.”
