“Dr. Cheryl Budd is the gentlest, kindest and most caring dentist/ENDO I have ever known. She has gone out of her way to help me for months and explained every procedure in great detail. Even during a root canal, she talked me through deep, slow breathing. Before the procedure, Bonnie, her assistant, taught me hand signals depending on what I might need/feel during the procedure. I was covered with a warm blanket and given a pillow for my neck. Amazing thoughtfulness! About the receptionist, Kiana, I cannot say enough great things. My dental insurance was a mess but she spent many, many hours making calls, FAXing, and emailing to enable me to receive these services with only a reasonable co-pay by me. I cannot recommend this office and all of its staff highly enough!”

“A local establishment that has a friendly atmosphere and a welcoming environment. Even though it's not a huge menu, the selections are varied, and the dessert and bakery items are wonderful, a wide variety to choose from as well. The bean salad as a side was absolutely delicious! The staff was really friendly and accommodating, they were quick to bus our table when we were done eating. They have a lot of different flavored syrups to choose from too if you're into that kind of thing (I had some in my green tea and it was delicious). The only complaint is that they don't have recycling available.”

“It was a convenient location to print from, with an added perk of grabbing a coffee from The Beanery. Sending my documents to the printer was quick, and their website was easy to navigate. My only suggestion would be for The Beanery to move the chairs away from the front of the printer--you have to grab the papers while standing right outside the bathroom door, which is awkward if someone needs to get in or out of it. Removing the chairs would allow you to stand a few steps out of the way.”

She was so patient and informational/educational and caring to what we were looking for and offered us many options in making the right decision. Very professional and sweet, she made it seem we were important to be taken care of and not a number to gain a "sale" like with other businesses these days. We weren't just a number, we felt taking care of like a friend. Even offered us coffee or water. She was very pleasant to do business with. Mattress Firm is very lucky you have her.
