“My husband and I celebrated our anniversary last evening (9-14)at Harbor Lights restaurant upstairs in the beautiful dining room. First of all, the view is the best in all of St. Mike's- a beautiful panoramic view of the harbor and the water. We dined at 7 pm, so we enjoyed the lights and dusk at the harbor and the view of the boats moored there. The food was absolutely delicious! Skip lunch if you are going there for dinner! We had delicious warm bread brought to our table by our friendly server Olga. We skipped appetizers and ordered wine, my husband had the Rib eye steak and I had the grilled Berkshire Pork Chop. His steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender with a generous portion of creamy corn and mashed potatoes. My grilled pork chop was large and very thick and tender with diced apples in a sauce on top with a generous portion of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. We were so full that we had to decline desserts. The evening was capped off by a very pleasant conversation with the very talented chef Michael Quattrucci. It was a lovely way to spend an evening dining in a premier spot in St. Mike's. I encourage everyone to book a table for dinner here to experience not only the delicious and generously portioned food but also to enjoy the best water view in St. Mikes.”

The Lil Buddies Choice is also an amazing dinner choice, Delmonico steak topped with crab imperial AND onion rings! But none compare to capturing that true New York Style pizza experience. All the ingredients come together just right. It's beautiful. And don't get me started on Ms. Josie's secret recipe Eggplant Parmesan. I believe she's been making it for nearly 30 years. For me, that's their crown jewel. The best! Hands down. If I had the courage I'd ask how she does it. But knowing that it exists is good enough for me. Overall, the biggest difference that counts the most are the owners, Josie and Carmine. They value their customers, they're genuine, and they make their cuisine with love from the heart. You can't go wrong with that!”

“Wonderful little historic inn located in Oxford, MD. Great views of the Tred Avon River. Rooms were very comfortable but quite funky. This inn was built in 1710, so don't expect modern comfort and construction. Floors were uneven. The bathroom a converted closet. But, that is what gives it its charm. It is not cookie cutter. And, the food is amazing. The breakfasts are included and there is a wide variety. The dinners are wonderful as well (in fact,we ended up eating there twice). There was a guitarist playing the next night to add to the atmosphere. Simply everything about the place was enjoyable and relaxing. If you are looking or a place to go to get away from the rush, I highly recommend coming here.”

“Great spot. Visited in December and they had warm fire pits set up outside for us and our pooches. Started dinner with the Lobster Bisque which was creamy with satisfying portions of lobster mixed in. For dinner, I selected the Blackened Ahi Tuna Tacos seared raw. While quite tasty, the real winner was the wife's Fish and Chips which were probably the best we've ever had outside of England.”
