I have used this company for 17 years!! Steve and Jim are the lead guys. They are super trustworthy and will not start a job until they know they can finish it. If there should be any kind of delay, you are notified ahead of time and understand why. They finish what they start in a very timely manner. The work is EXCELLENT!! I felt comfortable leaving Steve and Jim in my home while I worked. THEY ARE THE BEST!! They built an entire addition on my home in 2001 and have done many jobs for me since then. You can call them for any job! They have installed hot water tanks for me, replaced toilets, redone bathrooms, repaired siding, and built decks. Recently, I thought I had an easy DIY fix with a Moen diverter cartridge, however, after many attempts I could not extract the old one. David arrived and experienced the same problem. He eventually had to chisel and drill out the old cartridge and was able to save me from a very expensive repair bill. Techs always leave the area cleaned up and are very professional. This happened on the Friday before Memorial Day and he and his crew gave up their whole Memorial Day three-day weekend to get us going again. This was a major job, and in leaving they did some bonus landscaping by tidying and strawing the garden that had to be dug up - leaving it much better looking that it was before they arrived! Great and complicated work done professionally and with a lot of dedication - and they charged us exactly their initial estimate.
