He communicates promptly via E-mail, was on-time, and performed the jobs I requested (faucet install and sink repair, toilet replacement, bathtub spout replacement) rapidly. I did not time him, but all of the above took about 2 hours total. Furthermore, he was very professional and friendly. He also closely followed guidelines to prevent spread of COVID19 by wearing a mask and social distancing as possible inside my home. He wore shoe covers and placed runners to prevent soiling and damaging my floors/carpet as well. As a courtesy to protect him and ourselves, we all also wore masks inside our home and socially distanced. This week was my first time using his services and I expect to use and recommend him for all plumbing needs moving forward.”

“Fast service, great value! I called Mike after 5 pm yesterday, and he came out today and fixed my water heater today at a very reasonable price. I called another plumber who suggested replacing the whole water heater at $2000 and said they wouldn't be able to get here for two weeks. Mike replaced the heating elements and it's working fine at about 1/8 that price. He said it should last many more years. Mike does the work that's needed and won't rip you off. I highly recommend him!”

A community dog water bowl for the dogs within the gated dog park and next to the public restrooms! There is metal gym equipment good for any age group to use to get a nice work out in!
