I had one issue with the flashing in one area (which I think should be expected) they had to come out to fix. A year later when the roof was found to be leaking the company refused to honor the contract. I was referred to Twins Home Improvement LLC. They were courteous, prompt, highly professional and repaired all the potential leaky site for a very reasonable payment and gave me a year of warranty without insisting on me replacing the entire roof. This is the type of service and quality work that customers should pay for. “It was a great experience. Our first installation date had been canceled due to a snowstorm. The rescheduled appointment was made for the following Saturday. The workers were on time, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic installation in about 6 hours. There was one damaged screen, as you can see in the photos, that was minimal. They are in the process of ordering a new screen for us which they assure will be available by the end of the month. We highly recommend!”
