They arrived at the scheduled time and completed the entire project, from removal of the old wood counter top, to the installation of the new counter top and sink in a speedy & very efficient manner. I had some initial concerns regarding the weight of the new granite top on the existing wooden cabinets. The installers knew exactly how to deal with this and added some additional wall bracing around the sink cabinet -- the result -- the cabinets now appear stronger that their original condition. A few ladies were giving the hostess a hard time about the wait as we were about to be seated and she handled herself and the situation very well given that the two women were being incredibly rude. Our server was a very friendly gentleman who gave us complimentary beignets since it was our first time visiting. With a full restaurant he came to our table many times, our food and drinks were incredibly quick, and he was there with refills before we even asked. Seriously, the best cinnamon rolls, potatoes, and bacon! And the lemon blueberry mimosa was to die for. So dang good!! Will definitely be back!”

“After an appliance store kept pushing off my delivery date for my freezer and I wasn't sure I'd receive it before Rosh Hashana, Meir at Town Appliance came to the rescue! He helped me buy a freezer over the phone (because I couldn't make it to the showroom in Owings Mills next to Aldi). His price was significantly LOWER than than the other appliance store and he had a freezer delivered within 5 days (during the pandemic) when other companies have a 1 -6 month wait. Meir helped me find a freezer that is slightly bigger (than I had selected at the other appliance store) which is better for my family, patiently went over the measurements so we'd be sure that it would fit in our tight space, and discussed all costs so I wouldn't be surprised by hidden fees...and this amazing customer service was BEFORE we realized that years ago he was in yeshiva with my husband! Since Town Appliance is a frum company, they know what we need in terms of Shabbos modes for appliances, so when our old refrigerator finally breaks, I'll be sure to call him again! I regret not calling him months ago while we've been without a 2nd freezer this summer.”
