“Great experience. I was in the market for used car and one of them happened to be at North Shore Mazda. I had never done business with them before. I inquired online about it and was contacted within a few hours to set up a test drive. Drove it and put a deposit down. This was a used car under $10K for my older children, but they were easy to work with and treated me and my kids like they would treat a customer buying a top-of-the-line Mazda. They even allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic to get an independent evaluation. Prior to delivery, our salesperson, Eric, was helpful in getting a very minor issue resolved and even had the engine bay cleaned up before delivery. Nice touch. I can't imagine they made a lot money on the vehicle since I paid cash, but you would never know it by how I was treated and how easy everything was. If I'm ever in the market for a Mazda or another used car on their lot, I would be happy to do business with them again. Highly recommended!”
