“I've used Big Foot for 2 moves now, the most recent being between 2 east coast cities. The pre-move arrangements for the latter move were not ideal. I would have appreciated more proactive interaction in the few days prior to the move. I reached out to ask when I should expect the truck and was told one thing; later that day, the timing of the pick up changed to the day PRIOR to the day of the move. So. Scramble to finish packing in time to accommodate that schedule. At my request, they did push the timing of the pick up as late in the day as possible, but it would have helped to know more than 2 days prior to the move that I had one less packing day than expected. The workers were organized and swift, but not particularly pleasant. One was downright rude to me and to the staff at the condominium. However, our belongings arrived in good condition and on time. UPDATE: Bob and Mike at BF Moving reached out to me immediately to respond to my concerns listed above. I was very pleased with the timing of the response, their commitment to improvement and continued excellent customer service:”
