I purchased some outdoor furniture and wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. An employee named Colin spent over 15 minutes figuring out how to get everything into my car (while also being very careful not to scratch it), so I wouldn't have to make two trips. I was amazed and very thankful for his help. This truly was 5-star service!”

“Taylor, the manager was awesome. I asked if they had Vietnamese coffee. That's not a Starbucks usual. She shared that she helped out in the lowelL store, which has a lot of Vietnamese and Cambodian customers. Starbucks doesn't keep condensed milk on hand, so she head the customers show her how to use soy milk instead. 3-4 shots of espresso, two of soy milk. Not quite the same, but pretty good. Taylor gets an "A" for effort. She deserves a corporate store to manage. The Target-based ones don't allow for tipping. Wish they'd stock salt and pepper along with the other condiments. They keep the salt and pepper around the corner at a Pizza Hut kiosk.”

This store has a decent selection. Most of the employees are great especially Lionel...The manger Wendy "the whiner" with long wavy hair and the "bad back, that hates working the register," needs a serious refresher in customer service...and maybe shouldn't divulge to customers, in such detail, how much she hates her job.”
