“2/21/2022 - They definitely got some new staff because since moving to Regal Inn, I haven't had much problem with this location. Staff and service has been very good lately. Old review from 1/29/2021 - Manager was rude and condescending when I asked a question about whether or not the coupon reader was working on the counter because the front desk had a note that said “Cash Only”. I considered getting something else after eating my sandwich and small fries while waiting for a bus because I had to wait longer due to the Rover Bus having technical issues. Needless to say I left after her attitude trying to make me seem like the rude one.”

When you leave, there will be follow up research and you will be contacted at YOUR convenience. Even on a Friday night at 7 o’clock, your call will be returned, no apology needed on your part. I feel fortunate to have such medical care available and would not hesitate to drive an hour or whatever it takes to get an appointment. Important to me because I travel, I feel I can be anywhere in the world, and have the support of the Synergy Private Health team, stepping in on my behalf should I have an immediate need. Lastly, the hospital affiliations are a great benefit, you will receive the best care in the world and Dr. Parks, your personal concierge Doctor, and the entire staff at Synergy, will be in your corner should an unforeseen (of inevitable) event occur.
