Friendly, professional staff at the counter. They used to have 2 self-service kiosks, but sadly now only have 1. Parking is very limited and can cause back-ups into the street from people waiting for a spot. It can get a little crowded inside when the passport office is open.
Customer service is pretty decent. I don't talk much with the employees I just go up front to pick up packages and that is it. Although this USPS is very picky with package labels for there PO BOXES and will send it back if the name is misspelled
I had a good experience buying a car — despite the fact that I was doing it during the pandemic rush! They even would let me bring my dog when I visited and were all so friendly to the pup. Justin was great, got me the exact car I wanted!

I am so happy with the way Wakefield Subaru helped me obtain my new Forrester. John Cheshire, my Sales person, was helpful, honest ( yup, really), and a pleasure to work with. As many know, Subaru lots are empty due to demand. I did have to wait about 8 weeks for arrival of my car which I am thrilled with💖. I have been a Honda and Toyota girl, but really love everything about my new Forrester. Well worth the wait🤗
