He showed great care and concerns as I battled through it, taking every opportunity to follow up with every concern I had! Recently I was able to have him do my yearly physical and met him in person! What I noticed again was his gentle and kind demeanor while addressing any and all concerns! I'm not the best patient and have had to deal with various conditions that I wish had never had to deal with, as anyone would feel that way , So I pretty much hit him with multiple questions and concerns as I had not been seen for a regular office visit in awhile! One thing I appreciated is that he looked at me and was not typing on a computer screen during my visit! It felt much better to know he was listening and even if I was asking alot of questions he remained focused and patient and never judgemental with me ! “I have balance issues with super super high arches. I have been wearing orthopedic shoes with inserts for years but still have significant discomfort when walking. I tried Tread Labs and will never go back to Ortho Feet. They have full inserts and short ones - I use the Ramble super high arch ones and I now have a pair for about all my shoes. I even bought “regular shoes” now - I just got a pair of Sketchers boat shoes and with the short super high arch inserts they feel great. So excited I can now buy prettier shoes! Most of my shoes are ankle length to help my balance - but thrilled I can now have more variety in my shoe closet! Pic is the of the ramble super high arch insoles.”
