“My experience with Lou's was flawless. I came in last Wednesday for a free estimate regarding modifications to the exhaust on my w204 Mercedes c300. I was in and out with a price, details, and an appointment within 15 minutes of arriving. Today I went in for an 8am appointment to get the work done and it was completed efficiently and for a great price. The young lady at the desk was a pleasure to talk too while I was waiting, and the guys who worked on my car were fun, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I recently had my car fully paint corrected, so I was a little nervous entrusting it to someone I didn't know. However, the car was returned to me without a scratch or blemish, and was obviously taken excellent care of. Everyone at Lou's is passionate about their work and it shows in the product they produce.
