I did not feel pressured to spend money on extras, was treated with respect, and experienced only minimal (and very polite) salesmanship, and was able to negotiate a price I was happy with that felt fair. I ultimately purchased the car I test drove, and am still very happy with it 8 months later. My only complaint is that the salesperson I worked with told me he could probably drop off the car at my workplace on a particular day, and then was unable to because (surprise?) it was his day off. He didn't arrange for anyone else to either, so I wound up having to go pick it up. Not the end of the world, but a little frustrating. However, I would still go back the next time I need to buy a car, and overall was happy with the experience.”
