“This is the only Papa John’s I have ever enjoyed. The pizza here is delicious. I’m giving them 5 stars but that doesn’t mean they are without their problems. It’s how they resolved those problems (and how tasty their pizza is) that got them 5 stars. I’ve never had a problem with delivery taking too long from them. However, they are going through a labor shortage problem and I don’t hold that against them. I have had two separate delivery drivers (both new and one even her first day) completely mishandle the pizza and ruin it. The last one had the pizza carrier hunched over her back before handoff. As soon as the pizza was in my hand I could feel it ruined and all the weight to one side. All but a few slices from my 2 pizzas were ruined. But hey, what was left was delicious! The GM personally reached out and credited me new pizzas. The manager has been a pleasure to deal with every time. It’s unfortunate they are going through labor shortage pains but they get 5 stars from me for how they deal with customer complaints”

“This is a small mom & pop shop party 🥳🎉 store with a very small restaurant called CHESTER'S CHICKEN located inside. This is the best chicken around and please try the biscuits and sides. You have wait awhile cause they're only one person operation and the chicken has to marinate. Also you must get there or call your order in before 5 pm as they clean and are closed by 7pm. They take the last order by 5:30pm. This is a great place to get your drinks and chicken, they even have gizzards and pizza etc... But call or checkout the menu online or get a paper menu when you go; and no they don't offer delivery, THEY MAY DO UBER EATS OR DOOR DASH but I doubt it as they run a one person operation and the store owner is stubbornly refused to change his method of operation to satisfy the demand for this great chicken. As a result when chicken batches are ready one person may place a order for 10 wing, etc... And the person behind them want the same place s more. The s situation creates a lot of frustrated potential customers. So basically it's FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE and if you come later in the day you may be out of luck AS THEY ONLY COOK A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CHICKEN A DAY OR YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT ANY OTHER TIME. THIS DUE TO THE PROCESS WHICH THEY PREPARE THE DELICIOUS CHICKEN. OVERALL THIS IS GREAT CHICKEN. So people if you love that good ole chicken like I do give a shout out to the owners to prepare more chicken and biscuits give that beautiful lady who cooks some GOOD HELP so we all can continue to enjoy that delightful chicken and down home biscuits. This store is your one stop spot, they have lottery and a number of scratch- offs too. Also ask the owners to stay open a little longer for us working people 7-8pm is a little early to close, as they're missing a lot of customers who now have go out their way to other stores they would rather not go to, we love the owners and the convenience. They are located at 43544 N. Gratiot coming from the South it's just two blocks past Joy Road on the right side of N. Gratiot, from the North it's 1/2 mile from M59 (Hall Road) on your left. To show you how great this lovingly prepared chicken is, I travel from the West side of Detroit to get this chicken. My hat off to the beautiful lady that prepare the food. She is very professional and nice, so show your appreciation LEAVE A TIP PLEASE.”

Brought my daughter for a celebratory last day of school lunch and even though they were short handed (they had a help wanted sign) all three of the employees were professional , accommodating, and very friendly. Even the cook with blue hair. I did not get names but the lady cashier and the young guy included. They were all calm and collected even though there was five cars waiting in line and at least six people inside waiting for service. Hats off to your lunch crew!”
