“To be honest I was nervous to check out 1817 - I heard great things about the gym but having never done CrossFit before I was a bit intimated. I started going in September of 2020 and am so very happy I did. My fears were instantly diminished once meeting the coaches - they are very knowledgeable and helped me find ways to make every movement scalable to my fitness level; they were very encouraging through the whole process. To date not only have I exceeded the fitness goals I had set, I have built some great relationships in the process.
