“Jeanne Merchant and the service from Home Instead was excellent! Jeanne sat with us for a generous amount of time to discuss care for our mom on hospice at home. She listened and took all of our considerations to find us caring aids to watch our mom during the evening hours. A call out to Carmen. She was so kind, generous and treated our mom with dignity up until the very end. My sister and I were able to get a couple solid nights of sleep to be in better shape to help care for our mom during the day. We had to use a different home health care service last year for our step dad’s passing. What a difference! Home Instead was miles better and we felt more confident with Jeanne and Carmen.”

“I agree the wait time is a little long. But...you all have to remember this is a Hospital and they have many people to work with. When it's your turn then it's your turn. Try going in with open minds and understanding. You may find your views will change. I'm sure you all had to wait your turn in other places. I've never had any issues here other then me making a mistake on what day I was to be there. They understood and when space was available they took me in. No problems. It was my mistake not theirs. I would recommend this facility to people because of my own experience.”

I did not think this position could change me but i’ve realized i love helping people and will want to continue and further my career in healthcare with the influence from CYM! I won’t beat around the bush every job can be hard and stressful sometimes so don’t let that stray you away . If you do not have compassion , caring or a strong work ethic then i do not recommend this job for you. The staff is pretty good with getting rid of people like that . Your loved ones are in good hands with cym!”
