“Jasmine is the BEST. She seemed to really have a lot of empathy and did an AMAZING 30 minute massage. For those who have experienced physical trauma and are self conscious about taking clothing off for a massage- this is the place for you. You feel safe. Not nervous. They do clothed massages right in the front. You know you’re being watched and nothing could ever go wrong. I like that secure feeling. Let me just say too- I got the benefit of a 90 minute massage in 30 minutes! Jasmine KNOWS what she’s doing. I honestly couldn’t believe the relief I felt after my session. Went right home and slept. I could FEEL her sincerity and care for me as a person. As a former massage therapist, I KNOW that type of energy as I once had it myself. “Dr Brateman has been my PCP for 15+ years. The problems associated with their high patient volume are frustrating from a patient standpoint, (staff is sometimes short, you have to ensure your symptoms are heard and addressed, etc) but I extend my patience to the office because the quality of care is worth it. He's easy to talk to, he cares about his patients, he's a great conversationalist, and his expertise in the world of medicine is palpable. A particular time when I was uncharacteristically ill and nobody knew what was going on with me, he went the extra mile (and then some) to make sure I weathered the episode well. Dr. Mondrusova has worked with me a few times when covering for Dr. Brateman, and I have only had good experiences with her, as well.”

“Staff was really nice and helpful when I was able to go back and be seen. Treatment plan was great. Only issue- I signed up to be seen at 2pm. I reserved my time on the online sign in. I wasn’t seen till after 3 pm. I usually don’t mind waiting. I understand, because I am a health care worker. But I was in a lot of pain 10/10. Which I told the staff. And they said I had to wait anyway. I wish they had more staff to see patients. It seemed really busy and only 2 people working.”
