“So wanted to rate this place and give them four stars. I'd love to give them five but this is one of 10 times being here that the service was actually good or didn't suck. Honest to God. The bar here has been set so low for me. I've waited one to one and a half hours just to get food served on the table. But let's get back to the review of four stars. Our waitress and I don't remember her name. I'm sorry but she did a spectacular job so kudos to her. The food here is always consistent and you cook it yourself. So if it's bad you got nobody to blame but yourself. I definitely would recommend this place but I would like to let everybody know that plan on service being mediocre and they're busy and very understaffed and honestly that's not their fault but check it out”

“I have been meaning to get checked for Sleep Apnea for quite awhile but I was always nervous to find out the results. I contacted Sleep Apnea Center of Novi and spoke with Emily, and she set me up with a consultation and a at home test! Emily was very communicative and discussed my results and whether I wanted a cpap or dental appliance. I chose the dental appliance as it was highly recommended, and day 1 after using it I already felt 100x better. I am not waking up in the middle of the night, and I am getting fully rested sleep! I love this device! I also decided to do my dental work there as well and had Mary as my dental hygienist and she is awesome! “My Mother has been at Brookdale Novi for almost 1 year. Our family couldn’t be happier with all that they offer. We looked at more expensive places and found them more modern looking perhaps, but it’s the staff that really shines at Brookdale. I love that there is not a lot of turnover with the employees. They know our family and they value my Mother. I love the weekly happy hour however they have a lot to offer from weekly excursions , movie night, painting classes. Food is not too bad either!”
