“This place and the people who work there are amazing. After work I stopped to get some seltzers, the guy behind the counter (didn’t get his name, what a shame) was super pleasant, completed my transaction and headed to my car. Get to my car and realize somehow my car key came off my key ring and I am stranded. He helped me look for my key while helping customers and just when I thought I was SOL he thought, he would check the seltzers I bought and it was there!! Who knows what I would have done if he hadn’t found it for me! When I recover from my embarrassment I will definitely be back!”

“Not a fan of Mediterranean Food. I had the lamb tender lion sauteed in wine and jumbo shrimp kabobs. The lamb was great but the shrimp was amazing. I have had grill shrimp at some of the best places on New England coast and the Crab Shack in FL. It was fresh and mini lobster tail size. Could not "one bite" these little slices of heaven. Service was spot on and the bartender Chrissy was sweetest thing. 6 Stars would love to eat here again.”

“Really cute Mexican restaurant tucked away. It’s close to my house but I never knew it existed because it’s tucked away. The service was great and the food was very tasty. They gave us chips and salsa when we walked in and we got our food pretty quickly. It was decorated very nicely inside and had a cozy feel to it. They take reservations here just incase you needed to know. We called about a table for 6 and they had everything ready for us when we got there. We were seated right away.”

“I was on assignment to take some pics of their dishes. I also had the opportunity to speak with David who is the new owner. He knows thai dishes very well and is 2nd generation from Laos. He has special spices that cannot be grown here, flown in from Florida. The dishes are authentic Thai. Even though we all recognize the dishes, the difference is that they are more flavorful than most Thai restaurants in the metro area. I have been to many Thai restaurants and I rate this amongst the better ones. The Tom Yum Gai was the best thai soup I have had and the chicken sate is so flavorful. I highly recommend you stop into this West Bloomfield location and taste the deliciousness. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!”

“Small, clean little diner. We attended a breakfast buffet, and the hostess was very polite and respectful. The food was simple and good - pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. The place was small, just a few tables. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. It was our first time here, but a friend of ours stated that her husband frequents the place often and enjoys their food. Will definitely return back for breakfast and even to try their lunch. Our chef was Albert, he made us laugh, played games with us, cooked steak to each person’s individual liking, hot & fresh. Waiter was prompt, correct on all orders and friendly, sorry I forget his name tho he had those drinks refilled before our last sips. Chef and waiter were extremely patient with the four children in our group. Restaurant was well kept, I did not visit the powder room however overheard ladies was messy and needed a once over. Overall a nice experience for such a large group, I would recommend Samurai Steakhouse for your big birthday celebration or even just an afternoon lunch.”
