Every person that I have encountered there has been amazing. Today, there were only two people there. They had a few cars come in all at once and they got them out at record time. Their communication and professionalism was second to none. I was waiting for a part to come by and I overheard the conversations they had with the other clients. Jacklyn I think her name was (unsure of spelling) was amazing at answering any question anyone had and was perfect at explaining things. I went in last minute to see if my car was safe to drive up north before my vacation that weekend, he went out of his way to give me a diagnostic within 24 hours despite having a booked up schedule for a few weeks! He sat down and gave me a 30 minute explanation of everything that was wrong, as well as explaining the mechanics of everything so I better understood. His prices were extremely affordable compared to other auto shops that over price everything and don’t do the job right. Roger quickly diagnosed the problems and explained everything clearly and honestly. He went above and beyond to fix it, kept in touch with me, had it done the next day! He also did extra work to fix my bumper to "surprise me"! The staff are all very considerate and professional! They even gave me a ride to pick up my car!
