But the auto manager Jesse took initiative and was very professional and helpful, he really handled the whole thing great. Stuff happens, but he was really accommodating about the whole experience and made it easy for me to get a claim settled and make sure the car was still safe to drive (it was only a fender bender but you never know). “I like to print cards, and I came across this staples by happy accident !! I just have to say Tiffany and Theresa are AMAZING !! Like beyond AMAZING !! They’re so polite and helpful, and honestly because of these two exceptional women, I’m going to stay with this Staples for my printing needs. They always call to tell me if anything needs to be reformatted and how to do it, and also are so quick to call when my order comes in. It’s hard to get people who really care about whether or not you’re happy with the end product, but they always make sure it’s EXACTLY how you want it. On my last order, after submitting the order, I wanted to change the picture after reformatting it a little differently and they were so patient and said “No problem”. I’m notoriously late in picking up my order, but they always keep it set aside for me… if you need to do anything with regard s to printing, I highly recommend this staples, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the least. The product is top quality, and the experience with the amazing customer service provided by Theresa and Tiffany will honestly be the best !! “My five-star review is especially for Anthony and Terry, the team who delivered and installed our new microwave recently. They did a fantastic job! To start with, they called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time, exactly as promised. They greeted us very professionally as we welcomed them into our home. I couldn't believe it only took them about 15 minutes to remove the old microwave, install a mounting bracket, and secure the new model up on the wall -- always taking great care to not damage anything. They even asked to borrow our vacuum to clean out the sawdust in the upper cabinet. After making sure the appliance was working correctly, they removed all the packing materials along with the old microwave. They politely thanked us for our business and made their way back to their truck. Our house was one of eight deliveries they were scheduled to do that day. (I'm so glad we agreed to letting the professionals handle this job, even though there was an extra fee. If I had tried to do this myself, it would've taken me at least a week and resulted in several unwanted holes in the wall and a couple trips to the emergency room.) Thank you, Anthony and Terry.
