Phil puts a lot of thought into the weekly programs, which can be modified for beginners and advanced athletes. The group classes are filled with super nice and motivated people, and every day I learn something new. They will push you hard but love you harder! The other older kids welcome him in and make him feel confident about himself which he was lacking before.
