Not only did they manage to get that fixed for me and the bolt replaced, but they also found that my tie rod was giving and called to confirm replacement. She is a wonderful stylist and very knowledgeable and all about keeping your hair healthy and fabulous. Very accommodating and takes extreme care with every service!
