“Redwood Ypsilanti has been a great experience. The units are accessible for the mobility impaired which was very important for the elder members of our household family. The grounds are clean, open, and well kept. I can’t say enough about the maintenance crew and Ron in particular who spearheads requests. They are prompt and willing to discuss any issue with serious concern even when I am not sure myself. Sarah and April in the office were amazing when we were initially trying to find a residence here whilst we were still out of state. They gave virtual walkthroughs and helped us immensely with the approval process. Just wanna say thanks to the Redwood Ypsilanti Team! This is one of best apartment renting experiences I have had.”

“Walkabout Creek is really nice and a nice walk to downtown. Amanda, our leasing agent, was so wonderful throughout the whole process… warm, super responsive and patient with all of our questions. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies when we picked up our keys- a really nice surprise during the stress of moving. Upon moving in, the apartment felt beyond sparkling clean, very bright and had some nice upgrades. The complex/property itself is beautiful too… nice place for walking around or spending time at pool (recently updated too). Also loved having a garage again. All in all very happy.”

The pool just opened and I spent a couple hours there on the holiday and it was a absolute treat. The grounds are so pretty to stroll around. There's water features and nature . The few people I have encountered have all been sweet too. I find myself having to pinch myself that I'm calling this home. Oh, and did I mention you get an attached garage with your unit too? And the leasing office has the most helpful and nice crew. James was so patient with me during my signing process and Jay is the nicest and most respectful maintenance man I've ever had the pleasure of maintaining my apartment. I hate calling this an apartment because it's not like any other apartment I have rented. It's a great property. If you are looking, don't hesitate to check out Rosewood!”
