“Small and cozy, their tacos are really big and come packed with your meat selection, onion, and cilantro. They have solid salsa roja and salsa verde. Parking lot is a bit small in front and slow down on Washtenaw so you don’t miss the turn. If you order tamales make sure you call ahead. “Wing we're pretty decent sized. I would like to try out more of the sauces, we were only able to try 4 with an order of 48 wings. I liked the calypso heat, it had a great habanero spice but was a little too hot for me and the chipotle honey was good, but not great. My although my girlfriend and brother quite liked the creole parmesan. The lemon pepper was a little too lemon forward. The fries (plain and Cajun) were pretty mediocre. They were pretty dense and did not reheat well. It's pretty expensive for what it is, unless a flavor really stick out next time, I don't see myself coming regularly”

“Restaurant is in a nice, quiet mall strip. We ordered Vermicelli Bowls and Vietnamese Summer Rolls for lunch. We thought we were going to receive 4 rolls as pictured, but were only presented with 3 rolls (maybe cutbacks with inflation?). Summer rolls were tasty with peanut sauce. And the Vermicelli Bowl was decent, but didn’t have enough crispy spring rolls in each bowl, only 2 small ones. Lots of meat in each bowl. Disappointed with the lack of crispy spring rolls, but the sauce mixed with the veggies and generous rice noodles balanced out. You have to purchase bottled drinks separately.”

“Truly a very cute old fashion drive-in. We had mixed reviews but overall we will be back to try more items on the menu. My boyfriend loved their onion rings while I loved their curly fries. “We’ve been wanting to try this place as we drive by it often. We were greeted when we walked in, promptly ordered, and sat at one of the I think 7 tables. “Really great experience. We stopped here for a cup of coffee on a weekend. It’s a really spacious place with lots of different options for more businesslike conversations or relaxed reading or just catching up with your friends. The staff here are really great, attentive and friendly they made ordering really easy. The coffee is excellent with lots of selections to choose from. That’s probably the most important thing since it’s so hard to get a good cup of java anywhere these days that isn’t a big chain establishment. They’ve even got a little shelf of books to purchase from local authors and lots of information on local activities. It’s really affirming to see the pictures and thank you messages from so many years of local kids sports leagues that they have supported. A really great community establishment worthy of your patronage.”

“We are so lucky to have Tippins as a wonderful resource to our community. Their high-quality meats, pizza, wraps, sides, beer, liquor, etc., selection is so important to our lives. We are there several times a week and nearly all of the meat we cook is from the butcher at Tippins. It's WAY better than anything you will pick up at your typical stores. We usually enjoy the boneless Ribeye or NY Strip steaks along with great chicken and ground beef. About a month ago we tried the Tomahawk streaks and they were so good we went back last weekend and grabbed a few more. I put a simple rub on them and smoked them over oak, then reverse seared them to finish on the grill. Oh, my! They were SO good! The marbling was an explosion of buttery deliciousness! And of course their excellent Texas Potato Salad we had as a side. Ah, Tippins luxury! Here are a few snaps of the steaks.”

“An iconic brand in Ann Arbor. My wife sampled a few items for our trip back to PA and I just had the cupcakes a moment ago. Oh my, I can tell you that the cupcakes I just had are the best I’ve had since came to US 11 years ago. We’ve had countless cupcakes from indie shops, Whole Foods, Wegman’s, you name it. No other cupcakes ever came close to how wonderful and balanced the cupcakes from Zingerman’s tasted. They just felt right and not artificial at all. If you are like me who finds things in the US are either too sweet or salty, Zingerman’s should be the right place for you.”
