I get there and they say they can't do the job. I immediately head to discount tire as a walk in customer and within the hour they had everything assembled and installed without scratching my new wheels. “I would like to start off this review not only is based by my recent experience, but also the years I’ve belonged to verizon. If you would like great service come to this location. I recently worked with Shon, who was friendly, good conversationalist, and willing to help me in anyway possible. I spent almost 6 hours at the verizon in novi just before and had gotten no where with my broken phone, including very unfriendly staff. That unfortunately made me leave feeling like I as a person did not matter. Shon was able to help me in 1 hr time. I left the store with a huge smile on my face and a brand new phone. I’ve gone to this verizon for years and since moving I tried a new location. After second try there I found myself driving 40 mins and that drive was well worth it. The staff has always been great. Not to mention, I may regret this but they always have a good stock at the store so I do not have to wait and order a phone. Highly recommended. Shon thank you for the wonderful service!!!”

Food was hot when it arrived, about 30 minutes after ordering through their website. The chicken was juicy and you can’t go wrong with their mashed potatoes.
