“Saved by Master Brakes this past Friday. My Avalanche performance front discs literally lost some of their mounting bolts. I called MB at about 4 PM and 2 miles away. They said be careful and come on in. They met me ready to go, in their driveway. They found a bolt, corrected the poor install on the driver's side, then insisted on checking the passenger side. Good they did, sure enough, it was installed incorrectly and had lost a mounting bolts, also. All in all, they found another bolt, and corrected all my issues! The owner tried to give me my tip back, but I insisted. Best possible care and super fast, back on the road in about 30 minutes. Excellent work! Many thanks. I highly recommend Master Brakes!”

She still took the time to help me, even though it was close to closing time. Then, she apologized for what she thought was slipshod customer service! Actually, she gave me the information I needed and told me she would go to bat for me with the insurance company. I was completely fine with that.
